The tourism sector has become one of the most prominent and fastest-growing economic pillars worldwide. All individuals, including those with disabilities, have the right to access tourism, as established by the United Nations World Tourism Organization. The objective of this research is to assess accessibility and propose actions that allow for better attention to individuals with disabilities in the Capri Victoria hotel complex, which is part of the Gran Caribe group. Mixed methods, including both theoretical and empirical approaches, were employed. These included non-participant observation and literature review. Additionally, interviews were conducted with employees and customers of the establishment. The proposed actions are divided into several stages, considering their level of complexity. The implementation of these actions is crucial for the hotel to improve its conditions and provide appropriate attention to individuals with disabilities. Fulfilling these actions will require constant and continuous effort. They are fundamental for the hotel complex to adapt and offer a more inclusive and accessible environment for people with disabilities.
