This research examines the impact of business fairs organized by the CUN Business Department during the period 2022-2024, focusing on their contribution to the interdisciplinary training of students. The fairs were analyzed as educational spaces that promote the integration of knowledge from different areas of expertise and foster the development of essential skills for professional performance in business and commercial contexts. The study aims to evaluate how these events have enhanced skills such as negotiation, marketing, entrepreneurship, and logistics management, based on the active participation of students in real scenarios that simulate market dynamics. A mixed methodological approach was used for the analysis, combining quantitative and qualitative techniques: document review, student surveys, teacher interviews, and direct observation of the activities carried out at the fairs.
