Models of academic integration in business fairs: A case study at CUN

En esta investigación se examina el impacto de las ferias de negocios organizadas por la Dirección de Negocios de la CUN durante el período 2022-2024, centrándose en su contribución a la formación interdisciplinaria de los estudiantes. Se analizaron las ferias como espacios pedagógicos que propician la integración de saberes provenientes de distintas áreas del conocimiento y favorecen el desarrollo de competencias esenciales para el desempeño profesional en contextos empresariales y comerciales. El estudio tiene como propósito evaluar cómo estos eventos han potenciado habilidades como la negociación, la comercialización, el emprendimiento y la gestión logística, a partir de la participación activa de los estudiantes en escenarios reales que simulan dinámicas del mercado. Para el análisis se empleó un enfoque metodológico mixto, que combinó técnicas cuantitativas y cualitativas: revisión documental, aplicación de encuestas a estudiantes, entrevistas a docentes y la observación directa de las actividades desarrolladas en las ferias.
