La formación continua del profesorado desempeña un papel crucial en la mejora de la práctica docente. Este estudio investiga el impacto de los programas de desarrollo profesional en la eficacia pedagógica y el crecimiento profesional de los docentes. Se realizó un análisis exhaustivo que incluyó el sustento teórico, procedimientos metodológicos rigurosos, y la recopilación de datos a través de encuestas y observaciones. Los resultados indican que los programas bien estructurados no solo aumentan el conocimiento disciplinar y pedagógico, sino que también fortalecen la motivación y la confianza del profesorado. Las conclusiones destacan la necesidad de programas personalizados y continuos que se adapten a las necesidades específicas de los docentes, promoviendo así prácticas educativas más efectivas y centradas en el alumno.
