This article, entitled “Educational leadership in the face of the educational challenges posed by the use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence,” was written using a bibliometric approach that allowed for the analysis of scientific publications indexed in high-impact journals during the period 2020-2025. It identified how digital technologies and artificial intelligence can be integrated into education and the relevance of effective leadership that must be transformative and capable of promoting equity, innovation, and resilience. It highlights the importance of training teachers in digital skills and the need for public policies with an ethical and pedagogical perspective on the use of these tools. In addition, the main challenges in relation to digital access were identified, including the lack of specialized training. The conclusion is that educational leadership with an innovative vision, capable of adapting to change and with solid digital skills, is necessary. Inclusive, quality education that is adapted to technological contexts must be guaranteed.
